Job description
Responsibility:
- Issue and monitor quantities
- Reconciling stock on hand to the amount on the system
- Distributing stock to the departments
- Acknowledge request of orders placed at the branch
- Adhere to the correct procedures and co-ordinate.
- Conduct the month-end stock take
Minimum requirements
- National Senior certificate/ Grade 12
- Computer/IT knowledge – Microsoft Windows (MS words, Excel etc.)
- Honesty & Integrity
- A good understanding of Stock Control
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
- Strong administrative and people skills
- Detail Oriented
- Team player
- Multi-tasking
