Job description

       Social Media Strategy & Planning

       Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

       Identify key target audiences and create tailored content for each platform.

       Plan and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

       Content Creation

       Full content creation, from idea to filming to acting to editing to posting and improving

       Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media posts.

       Collaborate with internal teams (designers, writers, etc.) to produce visually compelling content that resonates with the audience.

       Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging.

       Community Engagement

       Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms.

       Foster relationships with influencers and partners to boost brand visibility and credibility.

       Monitor trends and conversations to create real-time engagement opportunities.

       Trend Monitoring & Research

       Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

       Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in social media marketing.

       Collaboration & Cross-Department Support

       Work with the marketing team to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns.

      Collaborate with sales, PR, and customer service teams to ensure social media activities align with broader business objectives.

Minimum requirements

       Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline

       Min. 2 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist

       Collaborative spirit

       Excellent time-management and organisational skills

       Social media or content marketing experience a plus

      A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
