● Social Media Strategy & Planning ● Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals. ● Identify key target audiences and create tailored content for each platform. ● Plan and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok). ● Content Creation ● Full content creation, from idea to filming to acting to editing to posting and improving ● Create and curate high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy for social media posts. ● Collaborate with internal teams (designers, writers, etc.) to produce visually compelling content that resonates with the audience. ● Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging. ● Community Engagement ● Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms. ● Foster relationships with influencers and partners to boost brand visibility and credibility. ● Monitor trends and conversations to create real-time engagement opportunities. ● Trend Monitoring & Research ● Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. ● Research competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in social media marketing. ● Collaboration & Cross-Department Support ● Work with the marketing team to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns. ● Collaborate with sales, PR, and customer service teams to ensure social media activities align with broader business objectives. |
Minimum requirements
● Bachelors’ degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline ● Min. 2 year of experience as a Social Media Specialist ● Collaborative spirit ● Excellent time-management and organisational skills ● Social media or content marketing experience a plus ● A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design ● Who we are looking for: o Comfortable in front of the camera and ready to post videos with yourself o A go-getter.
