Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through to onboarding.
- Support and drive bulk/volume recruitment across a range of roles.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and other channels.
- Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and your team.
- Keep recruitment information accurate and up to date.
- Look for simple, smarter ways to improve the recruitment process.
Minimum requirements
Job requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric required
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally with exposure to bulk/volume hiring.
- Experience with reporting, recruitment tools and MS Office.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Someone who is organised, accountable and takes ownership.
- A positive, team-focused attitude and the ability to work at pace.
- A teachable mindset, open to feedback, keen to learn and motivated to grow.
