Job description
· Lead and manage a team of technical, operational and administrative staff to achieve sales targets
· Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
· Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
· Drive sales targets, assist Relationship Managers to source new business
· Branch Reporting & other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Minimum requirements
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate level
- Strong negotiation skills, must come from a sales background
