- Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.
- Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing.
- Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content.
- Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal team
- Interpret copywriting briefs to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with designers, and other professionals on marketing projects
- Edit and proofread copy as needed
- Source images and other content
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related discipline
- Min. 3 year of experience as a copywriter or related role
- Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong research skills
- Collaborative spirit
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Social media or content marketing experience a plus
- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
