Affiliate Program Manager/Influencer Manager
- Define and develop influencer/affiliate marketing strategies, including identifying target audiences, selecting relevant platforms, and setting campaign objectives
- Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers/affiliates, content creators, and their representatives. Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, negotiating partnerships, and managing contractual agreements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers/affiliates, acting as the primary point of contact for communication and support. Provide guidance, resources, and regular updates to maximize their performance and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze influencer/affiliate campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting the impact of collaborations and identifying areas for improvement
- Stay informed about the latest regulations and guidelines related to influencer/affiliate marketing and ensure all campaigns comply with legal requirements, disclosure rules, and best practices.
- Develop and manage commission structures and incentive programs to motivate and reward their performance. Monitor commission payments and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to stay ahead of competitors.
- Ensure influencers/affiliates adhere to program terms, policies, and ethical guidelines. Monitor and address any potential compliance issues, such as fraudulent activities or improper marketing practices.
- Generate regular reports and insights on influencer/affiliate program performance, including traffic, conversions, revenue, and ROI. Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in influencer/affiliate marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling influencer/affiliate marketing strategies.
