Job description
* As a key member of our people team, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment while partnering closely with business leaders
* Proactively source, attract and hire top talent using job boards, headhunting, social media, networking, and referrals
* Advertise roles, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for interviews
* Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and business goals
* Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely, and engaging communication
* Track recruitment activity and contribute to reporting and trend analysis
* Continuously improve recruitment processes and introduce innovative sourcing strategies
* Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and best recruitment practices at all times
* Support ad hoc recruitment-related initiatives as required

Minimum requirements
* Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (non-negotiable)
* A tertiary qualification (advantageous)
* 2–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally with sales recruitment exposure
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
* Experience with ATS platforms or similar recruitment technology
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, positive, and results-driven mindset
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
* A strong alignment with Karooooo / Cartrack values: customer excellence, accountability, urgency, and performance
