Job description
• Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of Client vehicles on Cartrack User platform
• Responsible for all Control Room Admin as per the Protocol Handbook
• Responsible for liaising with client including arranging for services, tyres windscreen replacements etc.
• Responsible for compiling of accident and providing all information to client
• Ensure to at all times manage the risks proactively that is associated with controlling our fleet vehicles.
• Communicate with recovery team and Cartrack Control Room regarding detailed information where needed
• Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional, and clients receive exceptional service.
• Based at Client premises

Minimum requirements
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
• 1-2 years fleet control experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• High level of attention to detail
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts - 2 days day shift (06h00 - 18h00), 2 days night shift (18h00 - 06h00) and 4 days off.
