Job description
● Develop and manage automated email campaigns to support multiple new campaigns including lead generation, referral campaigns, brand awareness
● Creating engaging marketing copy to support product launches and promotions (boost engagement, generate traffic).
● Primary email expert within the company shaping, developing, and managing email as a key digital channel.
● Creating engaging email copy that is in line with our brand tone of voice (Simple, clean, and friendly email communication).
● Creating engaging marketing and promotional content
● Creating catchy email Titles and Previews
● Growth of email marketing as a revenue generating and communication channel.
● Increase of the email subscriber base of the company.
● Optimization of existing email flows and creation of new email flows.
● Optimization of email marketing KPI's, such as open, click and conversion rate.
Minimum requirements
● A degree / qualification in marketing and/or content writing would be beneficial
● Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing promotional and automated email programs along with having worked in an email marketing role previously.
● Experience in audience research and segmentation.
● Experience in Email Marketing Strategy.
● Advanced knowledge of email template creation, Email flow creation, Email automation.
● Basic design skills to allow you manage digital assets within email and social channels.
● Excellent understanding of email optimization to maximize user experience, audience data segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing and reporting.
