Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for you to to join our team as a Control Room Operator!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of alarm-based applications;
- Monitoring of live streaming CCTV;
- Daily CCTV and other system checks;
- Data capturing (Reports and Incidents);
- Communicating relevant information regarding movements on and offsite;
- Communicate with armed response and field supervisors regarding detailed information where needed;
- Ensure that customer service levels are exceptional, and clients receive exceptional service.
Minimum requirements
- Completed matric
- PSIRA Registered
- Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
- At least 12 months control room experience.
- Availability to work 12 hour shifts - 2 days day shift (06h00 - 18h00), 2 days night shift (18h00 - 06h00) and 4 days off.
