We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company operating across multiple international markets. As we continue to scale, we are focused on improving how clients experience our business from the moment they sign up. We are looking for a Business Analyst to take ownership of analysing and improving our client onboarding process. This role will focus on understanding how onboarding currently works end-to-end, identifying inefficiencies or gaps, and working collaboratively with internal teams to design and implement process improvements. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working across teams, and turning complex processes into efficient, scalable solutions.

• Take responsibility for analysing the end-to-end client onboarding process
• Document and assess current onboarding workflows, handovers, and dependencies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes, timelines, and client experience
• Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Propose practical, data-driven process improvements aligned with business objectives
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process 
  improvements
• Track the impact and effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend further optimisations
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
