In this role, you will support our Talent Acquisition Specialists in delivering an efficient and high-quality recruitment service to the business. Job description
● Provide administrative assistance/support to the TA team
● Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
● Manage and update the TA drives, Google sheets with relevant information
● Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
● Assist TA Specialists in posting job ads on career pages where need be
● Maintaining administrative systems, i.e. HR Shares drive with employment contracts created, Employee codes, etc.
● General office administration functions
● Pre-employment checks
● References checks on candidates
● Check data accuracy

Minimum requirements
● National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
● Bachelor degree (preferable)
● 2 years recruitment administration experience
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Hands-on and a positive attitude
● Team player, with a high level of energy
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Emotional intelligence and Assertive
● Bachelor degree (preferable)
● 2 years recruitment administration experience
