We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing AI & Communications team. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level analyst (0–3 years’ experience) who enjoys working with real-world data, building dashboards, and uncovering insights that directly influence customer engagement and lead generation. You’ll work closely with our Head of AI & Communications to analyse WhatsApp communication data, assess campaign effectiveness, test messaging strategies, and turn raw data into clear, actionable insights for the business.

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support business and communication decisions
• Extract, clean, and analyse data using Python (SQL desirable but not essential)
• Analyse WhatsApp messaging data, including:
  • Response rates and engagement
  • Effectiveness of message content
  • Lead conversion and performance trends
  • A/B testing and optimisation of messaging strategies
• Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
• Support ongoing data quality, accuracy, and reporting improvements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business questions
