Job description
Based at our Head Office in Rosebank, you will be required to:
- Ensuring that all Bench Mark targets are consistently met within every measurement period
- Ensuring that leads are effectively managed and maintained to reach the required conversions
- Ensuring compliance with: – Cartrack Policies and Procedures
- Keeping the team motivated and committed to the achieving of set goals
- Providing on-going, continuous feedback to senior management
- Providing on-going, continuous guidance to consultant
- Always promoting a good working relationship with colleagues and working towards and maintaining good working relationships with other departments
- Always being a role model for staff and an example of how results are achieved
- Constant monitoring of activity levels and productivity of staff
- Generating of Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
- Effective management of staff-related issues, including Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures
- Investigation and implementation of new initiatives to enhance the running of the department and the generation of sales
- Close involvement in the recruitment of staff members
Minimum requirements
Experience and requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership skills
- Min 5-8 years B2B sales call centre experience of which at least 3 – 5 years are within a managerial role.
- Good understanding of the various competitor offerings.
- Must be able to develop and grow long-term relationships with customers.
- Be willing to work with sales persons and help them develop their own knowledge of the industry.
- Extremely deadline-driven and target-orientated
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
