The Telesales Agent is a full-time on-site role located in Durban-Pinetown. As a Telesales Agent you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to present the company's products and services, identify their needs, provide support and assistance, and conduct follow-up activities. You will use potential leads and existing customers' information to contact them via phone, email, and online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and sales experience to join a dynamic and innovative team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a telesales agent, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets and generating new leads
- Excellent persuasive communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate effectively
- High level of customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced and ambitious environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language to communicate with customers at a professional leve
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software, databases, and online platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to candidates with relevant tertiary education
Minimum requirements
- 1 - 2 years B2B or B2C Outbound Sales experience, gained in a Call Centre environment
- Must be able to sell to key decision makers (B2B sells to corporate market and B2C sells to consumer market)
- Completed Grade 12
- Fluent in English
- Strong and professional telephonic communication skills
