Introduction
Cartrack, a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 24 countries, is looking for a data driven Collections Data Analyst to support the collections department through reporting, analytics and process optimization. The role involves analysing collection performance, developing dashboards and providing insights that improve recovery rates and reduce bad debt.
Job description
- Analyze collections data, payment trends and delinquent accounts
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPI's for collection performance
- Perform root-cause analysis on overdue accounts and payment delays
- Automate and improve reporting process using Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar tools
- Ensure data accuracy and intergrity across collections systems
- Present analytical findings and recomendations to management
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Matric
- Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics or related field
- Experience in collections, financial analysis or data analytics
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI or other reporting tools
- Knowledge of Colletions systems
- Strong attenton to detail and data accuracy
