Job description
- A skilled/experienced Quality assessor in a Call Centre sales environment to fill a quality quality assurance role within the QA department
- The assessor must have the knowledge and skills in sales objection handling and selling techniques within a Call Centre environment.
- The quality assessor will be required to listen to sales/non-sales calls withing the Cartrack Call Centre.
- The quality assessor will be tasked a daily and monthly call evaluation target.
- Providing detailed feedback and trend analysis for development of Sales agent in objection handling, selling skills and agent behavior that improves sales conversion.
- The QA will be required to attend skills training in quality processes and procedures, campaign, product and pricing, objection handling and selling skills training as well as daily/weekly call calibration sessions.
- The requested quality assessor will be tasked to a specific campaign for daily evaluations and escalations on trends
Minimum requirements
- Required 2 to 3 years quality assurance experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication skill (written and spoken), confident and enthusiastic as the quality assessor will be providing written and spoken feedback to senior management.
- Excellent listening skills, detail orientated, motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to provide good time management and added quality assurance and sales skills to the QA department.
- Excellent use of excel, reporting and tracking of quality trends.
- The above quality assessor is required to ensure the quality department meets the required targets in evaluations and feedback for development.
