Job description
In this high-impact role, you'll:
- Prepare accurate financial statements, insightful management reports, and robust forecasts for the Africa division
- Supervise and develop a team handling financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Ensure full adherence to legal and regulatory requirements across African jurisdictions
- Review financial reports rigorously, proactively identify cost-reduction opportunities, and enhance overall financial performance
- Manage the end-to-end audit process and maintain impeccable financial records in line with IFRS reporting standards
- Excel under pressure to meet tight deadlines for monthly management accounts and executive reporting
Minimum requirements
● National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
● B.Com Accounting qualification
● CA(SA) preferred
● Working experience in full set Accounting, Corporate Finance and Management Reporting
● Strong management skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Solution orientated
● High level of accuracy and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
