As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst, you will support and enhance our ERP systems, working closely with users and stakeholders to improve processes, data insights, and overall system performance.
Job description
• Support the daily operation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring system functionality and reliability.
• Design, develop, and implement system enhancements, fixes, and integrations. This includes customizing objects like tables, forms, reports, and EDTs.
• Build and improve integrations with other cloud applications and streamline process flows.
• Use Dynamics 365 data to create custom Power BI reports and enhance our data warehouse.
• Lead efforts to optimize the ERP system, focusing on improving performance, enhancing business processes, and finding opportunities for cost-saving and increased productivity.
• Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, access, and security.
• Support IT onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain system master data and assist with audits and compliance.
• Work with global teams, including our partners in various countries, to manage project scope, quality, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Act as the point of contact for IT vendors, managing tickets, licenses, and service issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.

Minimum requirements
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 Matric
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365, including system configuration, user role design, and module deployment.
• Strong knowledge in SSRS report development, Power BI, Power Query and/or Power Automate.
• In charge of troubleshooting issues, solving complex problems, and creating technical documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will require to work with users who are non-IT technical background
• Functional support experience preferred.
