and we’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and grow our marketing
function in Rosebank.
You will be required to operate at both strategic and operational levels, capable of working cross-functionally across our global business
Job description
- Develop, implement and manage the marketing strategy covering all aspects of advertising, branding, demand generation and digital growth
- Develop, implement and manage the communications strategy including media, public relations, internal and external communications
- Drive B2B marketing initiatives, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment, with a strong focus on pipeline and revenue contribution
- Manage and direct a marketing team of more than five employees to achieve strategic and operational objectives
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, fostering accountability, collaboration and performance within the team
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations and Executive Leadership
- Manage all sponsorships and partnerships to maximise brand exposure and commercial return
- Ensure national brand consistency and alignment with global brand standards
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of all marketing events and campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creative, media and digital agencies
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
- Take ownership of both strategy and execution — actively contributing to campaigns, content, and initiatives where required
Minimum requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Experience managing a team of more than five people
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align marketing strategy to commercial objectives
- Excellent business writing skills and ability to present concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability with strong people management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to be hands-on and operationally involved, not purely strategic
