Job description

  • Monitor telematics alerts in real-time and take appropriate action in line with company protocols (e.g. harsh braking, speeding, impact events).
  • Analyze driver behavior trends and identify patterns that require escalation or intervention.
  • Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports on fleet performance.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to telematics data (e.g., missing data, inaccurate GPS tracking).
  • Maintain accurate records of telematics escalations and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Assist in implementing driver coaching programs based on telematics insights.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Minimum requirements

  •  National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or Equavilant.    

·        Strong administrative skills

·        Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Document management.

·        Excellent oral communication skills to interact effectively.

·        Compliance Awareness.

·        Strong writing skills.

·        Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

·        Problem-solving.

·     Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

  •  Ability to work shifts both day and night (6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am)
