Introduction
Job description
- Monitor telematics alerts in real-time and take appropriate action in line with company protocols (e.g. harsh braking, speeding, impact events).
- Analyze driver behavior trends and identify patterns that require escalation or intervention.
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly reports on fleet performance.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to telematics data (e.g., missing data, inaccurate GPS tracking).
- Maintain accurate records of telematics escalations and resolutions for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Assist in implementing driver coaching programs based on telematics insights.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or Equavilant.
· Strong administrative skills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Document management.
· Excellent oral communication skills to interact effectively.

· Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

- Ability to work shifts both day and night (6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am)
