Job description

Responsibilities: Managing the relationship between our technicians and clients.
Schedule fitments.
Upselling of products to clients.
Minimum requirements
Skills: Customer care, good verbal communication, computer literate, problem solver.
Work experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in contact center/ customer care.
Education: National Senior Certificate
