Job description
Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries to create and generate sales reports and adhoc reporting based on business requirements.
- Use the SQL queries in a BI Tool to visualize and organize the data
- Data extraction
- Business insights and analysis on data extracted to help stakeholders make business decisions
- Maintain the integrity of the user data and sales hierarchy on CAMS
- Maintain the sales staff CAMS user access
- Ensure data accuracy of the sales and fitment numbers between CAMS and CRM
- Training all new employees on CRM
- Monthly CRM refresher training
- Updating the CRM manual
- Monitoring system usage and performance of all RM’s and Voice Loggers
Minimum requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Degree in Business Management
- Advanced Excel
- Good understanding of CRM, Salesforce or any other customer engagement platform
- Experience using BI Tools, Sisense is preferable
- Experience in a sales environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills is a MUST
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow-through
- Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
