Overall Purpose of the Job:
The main purpose of the position is to provide daily branch sales administrative support.
To contribute daily to our mission of earning the reputation that we provide all our clients and partners with superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service. The incumbent must uphold our promise to clients that we go beyond the expected.
Provide a daily sales administrative support function
SALES TEAM SUPPORT
• Receive demo list and update active client lists for Dealerships / Corporates
• Perform all CAMS Functions - Capturing - Cancellations - Demo Transfers - Change of Ownership - Schedule fitments - Attach all contracts
• Reroute e-mails where applicable
• File all documentation
• Arrange fitments with other branches where the client has a footprint
• Follow up on revert to sales and pending list
CLIENT SUPPORT
• Attend to all admin related queries that clients may have
• Follow-up on all queries (including account related queries)
• Send fitment certificates and invoices
• Provide usernames and passwords
• Attend to e-mails from RM/Clients
OTHER BRANCH FUNCTIONS
• Stand in for Receptionist as and when required
• Assist walk-in clients
• Assist technicians with queries
• Answer incoming calls
• Work towards and maintain a 90% Branch Quality Assurance Score
Minimum requirements
MS Office Package (Excel Intermediate) 2 Years
Call Centre Experience 2 Years
Administration Background 2 Years
