Job description
The scope of delivery includes the onboarding process of new recruits (RSMs, AMs RMs and Admin Support). Furthermore, the job holder must be able to interpret current skills sets, identify gaps and ensure that the sales skills matrix is worked and updated monthly.
The job holder is required to travel nationally to all branches and franchises as and when required. Travel into Africa is minimum. Administration will include monthly reporting as per Training Manager requirements.

Sales Recruitment and Onboarding
· Assist recruitment and hiring managers with interviews and selection of candidates
· Assist recruitment and hiring managers with administrative processes prior to commencement date
· Develop, facilitate and continuously update/improve the onboarding programme for SALES personnel according to the respective sales role
Sales Department / Branch, African Operations, Brokers, Clients Training Needs Analysis
· Consult with relevant department managers, branch managers, franchise owners, and country managers to identify training needs of existing employees
· Consider feedback from bi-annual training requirements identified through performance appraisals
· Where possible, pre-assess individual skills sets
· Develop course material for classroom delivery and/or on the job coaching
· Maintain and update course content to ensure relevance
· Obtain material approval from direct line manager and SME prior to implementation
Plan and co-ordinate course delivery
· Liaise directly with departments, branches and Africa operations
· Schedule candidates identified for training
Prepare supporting documentation for event / business trip
Facilitate training delivery to employees
· Facilitate courses as scheduled
· Provide post course support
· Follow up with Skype sessions where required
Develop and facilitate assessments
· Develop relevant pre- and post-assessments (written or LMS), assess learner competency level on completion (written or LMS) and communicate results
Produce relevant reports
· Report on business trip findings in terms of assessment results, contact sessions, gaps identified etc. to Training Manager
· Update Skills Matrixes and Database for SETA reporting purposes
Minimum requirements
Education (Formal Qualification Required)
Grade 12 with Relevant Experience (Proven Track Record) or:
BCom. Relevant Business Diploma / Degree or:
Customer Management Diploma
Ideal qualification:

MS Office Certification
